Cam and Suzi

A proudly independent publishing house

Who are we?

Combining the energy and expertise of experienced publisher Suzi Wooldridge, with that of her son Cameron Toman, a journalism graduate and creative, Synergy is a vibrant, independent publishing house based in London, with additional offices in France and the USA.

Looking to do things a little differently, we have designed a model built on traditional publishing skills, while prioritising forward-thinking techniques and modern values.

Innovative and passionate authors fuel our ‘Why”, as we love nothing more than watching an idea unfold and helping it to become a book that will be held, heard, and shared.

Our favourite part? Never knowing who’s story will be next.

It could be yours.

Your book belongs to you

From the first moment your idea arrives to us, through to your book appearing on the shelves, it truly is a team effort.

As one of our authors, you can trust that you will be looked after, every step of the way.

Helping you to bring your story to the page

Our hands-on approach to the process means you can happily forget boardrooms and sales teams making decisions on your behalf.

We never lose sight of the fact that this book is your dream, and as such, you will have creative input throughout its journey, from editing to signing off the cover design, the final decision is yours.

A boutique experience backed by a wealth of knowledge

As a family run enterprise, we value each of our authors individually.

For us, whilst reaching the point of publishing a book is a huge achievement, it is not the end of the journey.

We will remain on hand to help you to gain sales, publicity and to support your writing journey going forward. Above all we  cherish long-term, honest relationships with our authors.
